People are very nice but they are desperately understaffed. Things take an unreasonable amount of time simply because they need more help. Whoever Does the HR and staffing for Walgreen should be ashamed. These people are running themselves crazy due to the volume of customers that they have in the store

Every time I call and get ahold of “Cynthia” she is nothing but rude and bitter. Simple questions asked get answered with attitude and meanness in her voice. If you can’t put on a happy face and serve your customers then find another job.

Awful place to get a Covid test. The sign states "Both lanes are open." After waiting 20 minutes in the lane farthest from the window I reported I was there to get a Covid test. Ashley, the pharmacy manager said "Sorry, we can't give you the Covid test in that lane, you are going to have to pull back around and get in the other lane. (The window lane now had five cars in line.) Why is THERE NO SIGN stating this? I asked her that specific question and she said "Sorry, don't know what to tell you." She was super rude and terse. I waisted my entire lunch break waiting for the COVID test only to go back to work without it. Worst pharmacy ever. Thanks Ashley, for ruining my day with what could have been fixed by a simple sign.

Seriously waited over an hour for a prescription that was already filled and ready to go. Mickey Mouse tech kept trying to blame me when she didn't know what she was doing. But don't worry she has "over 20 years of experience" but didn't know how to apply insurance. First impression of her she was flirting with a customer and wrote down her number on his prescription. Very uncomfortable experience watching that when I just wanted meds to help my grandma.

Today March 31th 2021 a cashier insulted an immediate family member of mine when she came to buy a box of camelia for her Son. There was only 2 left on the shelf ,so she grabbed one and went to the cashier ,who then insulting her telling her that she took a sale sticker from another product and placed on it. Indirectly, you accused her of robbery! We shall not shop at Walgreens again and I am gonna let the whole know about the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT PEOPLE GET THERE. SHAME ,SHAME ,SHAME

UPDATE: The Manager Jessica returned to work today and took the time to call me and help resolve any issues I may have had. She was polite, informed and professional. We spoke of options I may have, the issues the store was having with the printer and she offered help above and beyond expectations. I truly believe that if she was there a day before there would have never been an issue in the first place. I am re reviewing my original post and putting all stars, because with Jessica I think that is what the Walgreens deserves. (original review )Sent a 600 dollar order here and they cancelled it the next day due to a machine broken down (days before the order). When I called them to ask why they charged my card anyway, they said I would have to wait up to 30 days for a refund. The assistant manager was of little help and of no resolution. I say, go to a legit printing option or at the very least, a different Walgreens.

Every time I have to fill my grandson's prescriptions they say their are out of stock then never fill it without having to call them several time. Store staff is great but pharmacy staff is the rudest and have the worst customer service skill I've ever encountered. I spend a lot of money there and I hate that their pharmacy staff is so rude and downright hateful for no reason. I've watched them humiliate people and make people cry on multiple occasions. Walgreens needs to fix this!!!

The pharmacy seemes fine. There is a fair amount of pepole that get there prescription filled here as there been a decent line every time i get my prescription filled. Staff are nice. Overall a decent well kept wallgreens.
