I have been frequenting Four Star Cafe for lunch for several years. Don't let the simplicity of the menu fool you - the food is delicious. Four Star has some of the best tasting sandwiches in town with very reasonable prices for downtown. The pizza and coffee are also excellent. I am always recommending this place to friends.

I travel to Dallas at least once a year in the summer and I eat here several times during my stay for the last three years... Today was just as good as any other except I got there thirty minutes after breakfast was closed and they had breakfast stuff left and they gave me breakfast options... Which I happily took ! Great little place for a sensible meal or a good cup of coffee
Love this place! California Club is amazing and coffee shop feel is great for a relaxing lunch... if its not packed. Great place to grab a sandwich or salad and Head back to the office as well.
We ordered turkey waps and a shortbread strawberry dessert bar. The food is good. Staff was friendly. Prices are reasonable.
Had lunch from here today. They were able to take a sandwich and turn it in to a wrap for me no problem and their coffee was sooooo good. Will definitely come back
I went over to eat lunch. Had the chicken salad sandwich, delicious. I work at the Fort Worth convention center with Fort Worth Visitors Bureau & with Event Staff ( yellow jackets) every week and always recommend the Four Star Cafe to the Convention visitirs. Going back to try the chicken wrap & breakfast.
This place was awesome! Really bummed out that it closed. I would go way out of my way to eat here. Sorry guys
This is my favorite lunch spot in Downtown. The chicken salad sandwich is awesome, this comes from someone who does not care for mayonnaise. The sprouts and croissant make it perfect. I also love the Seventh Street Chicken sandwich. I don't veer too far from these two menu items. The Cappuccino is excellent, gotta love Avoca's coffee. I do not recommend the soup. Especially the chicken and dumplings. stick to Paris Coffee Shop or West Side Cafe for C&D.
