I had the best experience! This is my third baby right here! I just absolutely love the Lexus family. Anywhere that I have relocated to, Lexus always takes care of me. I live in Arizona but I bought my new NX with Christi because she’s paid attention to so much detail and was prompt to answer my questions. Friendly service. However, I waited 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment. In all the years I have owned a Lexus this has never happened. The other customers all shared the same experience. I live 45 minutes away. Don’t think I would bring my car back for service.

Great Service experience! Jesse was very helpful. They only thing that I recommend is providing loan cars for diagnostics. Didn’t wait long. But a loaner to go shopping while my vehicle is being fixed would have been great.
