Mr. Frails, is respectful, polite, answered all my questions, explains in details. Goes that extra mile to assist. Very down to earth. He shows compassion for others. He is supportive of all people. This i know b/c he gave me his shoulder during a difficult time outside of my closing. Some are all about a dollar he is not, he remembers that we can't live in this world and we are suppose to help our neighbors. Again Mr. Frails, thank you. God will continue to bless you.
