I ordered 5 small budget made to measure frames and 2 mounts costing 80. 4 frames were different to what I ordered, 2 were bowed, 1 was scratched (& replacement was even worse), greasy fingerprints on the inside of 1 picture, wrong colour mount in one picture and 2 of my prints were damaged. Paul the owner did try to rectify the problems but made out like he was doing me a HUGE favour in doing so, saying 'the hassle wasn't worth it for a mere 80 job'. When I quoted the Sales of Goods Act he simply asked if I'd 'expect to pay more or less for a pair of curtains from Marks & Spencers than the market'? In other words, if you want a better quality product & service, pay a bit more and go elsewhere!
