I visited Rachel after suffering on and off with back pain for years. She is extremely knowledgable in Alexander Technique methods and a very patient & understanding teacher. She quickly identified several ways I was misusing my body in day-to-day activities that were causing problems. Working together over just a few sessions has made a huge difference to me, to the point where I now have very little back pain, and when I do I am now equipped with the techniques to manage & reduce it myself.
