Very very poor service and considering I am a repeat costumer. The owner when asked by his office staff twice to have a very short conversation with me regarding my car, refused and I was told to come back later. A 5 meter walk and 60 seconds of his time. This is the service industry and costumer service is the key. I took my business to another Bosch dealer and I was blown away by the friendly welcome and they now have my current and future car mechanical repairs.

Bitte alle hingehen. Und auch Geld zahlen. Und dann BITTE hinterher nicht ärgern wenn man für sein Geld nichts bekommen hat. Selber schuld, dafür gibt es ja solche Rezensionen. Und jeder ist seines Glückes Schmied. Viel Spass und schön dumm schauen. Frage warum ich das schreibe? Lohnt nicht, Sie werden es selber merken. Und Tschüss.

. Inhaber sollte mal einen Lehrgang besuchen. Wie benehme ich mich meinen Mitarbeitern und den Kundschaft gegenüber. Wir leben nicht mehr im Mittelalter. Als Chef sollte man auch Respekt und Anstand aufbringen können. Fachliche Kompetenz ist nicht alles im Leben Ein Koleriker wie er im Buche steht.

Sehr sehr unfreundliches Personal, hat mir das falsche Motoröl verkauft und seinen Fehler nochnichtmal eingesehen. Hat mir dann irgendein anderes Öl in die falsche/alte Flasche (zuvorgekaufte) abgezapft! Unmöglich,einfach unprofessionell... Diesen laden würde ich aufkeinenfall empfehlen....
