No way to santize shopping cart on arrival. I had to purchase my own sanitizing wipes to wipe cart down. When we checked out I explained to cashier what happened she didn't say anything. I've been going to Big Lot for years she couldn't put my phone number in correct then said I didn't have a award card. I like like the old store better
Big lots in Sheepardsville sold me a couch that was to be delivered to the store the following week. A month later and still no couch. I called and they admitted they screwed up. I got my money back and got my couch in Frankfort at big lots. It was a big head ache. Took hours of my time to fix the screw up.
I purchased bedroom furniture 3/13/21 and when I took it out of the box it was damaged. I paid over 1400 for garbage, well I went and exchanged it. Once I got there the shift leader explained thats she didnt have that kinda money and wasnt sure if she had the furniture set either. I said I called the night before and the assistant manager said they had 2. She said I know we have the dresser but not sure about the night stand. I said well can I exchange it for a different kind of furniture for the same price she said no. So after she checked the stock room she had my set. Needless to say it was a terrible experience and my bed still isnt the greatest. I paid 120 delivery fee and waited half the night. I wont buy furniture from there anymore..
Customer Service was great! Found a street fighter arcade game for a deal!
