Ours was a slow leak in a tire. Called in the morning asking for assistance. The young lady was so helpful and courteous. This was a last minute request. She spoke to Gary in the service department who scheduled me to come in at 8. He was very professional and sympathetic to our issue along with the need for the repair. I waited 1 hour and the technician tested the tire, plugged it, tested it again and I was on my way! Great service and professionalism!!!

I love Crossroads Ford I would not take my car anywhere else. I feel so much at home they are absolutely wonderful! All the employees are very helpful most of all very very honest people. They are not going to stick something on your vehicle you do not need very honest this means so much to me. So happy I have Crossroads Ford in my hometown.

I really appreciate the service team at Crossroads. They know my vehicle and keep it in top running condition. Being from Frankfort, I have personal relationships with many of their staff and they really do care about my family and keeping us safe on the road. I do not trust anyone else with my truck.

Seems every time we turn in our vehicle for repair, something else breaks a week or two after. And each time repairs were done, I had to bring it back in same day or next because they \forgot\ to do certain things. One of the things they \forgot\ was torquing the engine bolt to the frame!!! Who the heck forgets that? My car would thump each time I took off from a stop. Another thing they forgot - different visit - put the filter cover back on after replacing the filter!! Don't they have checklists?? I only found it because driving home, it just sounded weird. Opened the hood and there laying on the engine is the filter cover. Never again! I'll make the extra trek over to Georgetown.
