My little one needed a hearing test and after having a bad experience previously at a different doctor’s office, I was hesitant and wanted to do a lot of homework before I settled on a location. My kid is too special and sensitive and making a poor decision could lead to tears and I really would rather not have to deal with that. I did my homework and Modern Audiology was the best place to try. I was able to get a fast appointment and the experience could not have been better. My child was happy the whole time and looked at the process as a neat experience to tell friends not something she will have to tell a future shrink. I am beyond thrilled. Scott listened to our concerns and tailored the session just for us, I will for sure be back and will tell others !

I brought my son to Dr. Sumrall last week and he performed the necessary tests and explained the details of the test and the results. He took the necessary time to help us understand and not just rush us through like cattle. It is obvious Dr. Sumrall knows his profession and loves to help others understand how to hear better. In our hectic, cost-driven medical world today it is nice to work with a competent doctor that really cares and takes the time to help his patient.
