Dan was great to work with! I had a mattress in mind when we got there but after further discussion, Dan helped my husband & I choose a better mattress based on our sleeping positions. Dan is very knowledgeable and will do everything he can to help you find the best mattress. I will definitely see him next time we need a mattress and will recommend him to everyone I know!!

Went to the Frankfort store today because we were lied to from Ashley Furniture. Daniel helped us and was the nicest, most knowledgeable person. We had to pick up our bed from the warehouse as we needed it today and he went through all the hoops necessary to get the warehouse to confirm our order was available and ready for pick up. Once at the warehouse the ladies in the pickup center were friendly and helpful. We picked up our items and had help loading them into our truck by the warehouse guys. What started out as a miserable experience with Ashley Furniture turned into an awesome experience with Mattress Firm. Do not buy a bed from Ashley Furniture, go see Daniel at Mattress Firm in Frankfort. You won’t regret it!
My sales associate Helen was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! She made my purchase comfortable and relaxed. There were no high pressure situations and she made me feel right at home. Helen is surely and asset to the Matress Firm organization.

Daniel was very helpful and assisting my husband and I find the perfect mattress. He was knowledgeable about all the options and spent time explaining everything and answering my questions. The delivery time was quick and we had our new mattress within a week. Everything went great with the delivery as they were on time and efficient. The store was sanitized and provided hand sanitizer and covers if we wanted to test out the mattresses. The delivery service was respectful of all COVID restrictions as they entered my home. They were on time and efficient in their set up. After waiting around almost 4 months for my son's mattress from another company, I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from Mattress Firm. Very helpful sales associate, he was very informative on all scales of mattresses we were interested in. Dan spent alot of time explaining all the positive points of each mattress and advantages of each one that would fit our back, shoulder and neck problems. We selected a queen mattress that we think will fit our needs. We are hoping we will be well satisfied. We also liked the idea of having 120 days to exchange or return if it did not fit our comfort or needs.
