I've been a loyal customer having my Chevy vehicles serviced here for almost 7 years. Service used to be excellent every time and it was worth the premium I'd pay, but more and more the service is hit or miss. I get service reminders for items that have already been performed but my notes on issues I'm having don't seem to get reviewed or solved. My last 3 appointments I've brought up an issue with my radio for them to address. The first 2 appointments I was told they would need me to leave the vehicle instead of having me wait for it. When I made my most recent appointment, I left the car so they could address everything including the radio. They took care of the oil change and check engine light issue and told me the radio was working and I could pick up my Equinox. I arrived and as soon as turned on the car, the radio was complete static. I went back inside and asked about it and was told they would have to double check with the tech in the morning but maybe he didn't completely check it. The advisor never followed up or got back to me and when I received my follow up survey I expressed my disappointment. The only response I received from the service coordinator was she would let her manager know and someone would contact me. It's been almost 3 weeks and not a single person has responded and my radio still has the same issues.
