Oh my god! I cannot begin to express how amazing it was coming here. I have never been to a gym before (and saying that tells you the reason why i'm here now, post-quarantine.) I walked in after I had went ahead an signed up online. Scanned my phone to check-in (so fast) and I walked up to the front desk. The woman was SO nice and helped me fill out remaining forms she needed my signatures on. I told her I had never been to a gym before and she immediately began showing me around and telling me all about Planet Fitness. For my first night (around 8:30pm) it wasn't busy at all, place was clean, and all around I felt so comfortable being there. If it wasn't for the woman at the desk, I wouldn't have known where to start and would have got that gym-intimidation. Sign up now!!

This location really does a great job cleaning during the pandemic. Everything is cleaned repeatedly and well stocked. The staff always says hello and goodbye which I really appreciate.
It's always clean and a good safe place to get fit..
Planet Fitness goes out of their way to make it very difficult to cancel your membership if not refusing to cancel membership. After multiple multiple conversations and attempts to cancel membership they finally agreed... so I thought, They continue to take money from my account. Even while closed during the pandemic .Not only do they charge you without reason they do it while people have no extra to offer. You would think a real establishment would go out of their way to help their community, \gym family\ and prevent unnecessary fees coming out in a time like this?? They are profiting large amounts of money off of gym that should not even be opened yet, it is not safe to gather in the gym facility in these kind of times right now. You open up and start to charging?? No care for the intelligent people who don't want to expose themselves to that environment??? Please answer these questions. Also let me try it on here one more time here... CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!!
