Great place. Lots of renovations in progress recently. Toilets already finished and looking great! Looking forward to see it done. Everyday they are getting closer to be done. Like new flat screen tv’s on walls in lobby/cafeteria area etc.

I go to here for ice skating. the price is reasonable. I also enrolled a skating class during holiday, the over all experience was excellent. I did take class with those little ones, but it didn't bother me. The only complain is the calendar! it doesn't show the session end time until you click open that specific event! Maybe they have some tech issue on showing the complete schedule on the web page.

Closed without notice and left hundreds of kids screwed out of the rest of their hockey/volleyball season AND accepted for a hockey tournament with teams coming in from all over the WORLD (Finland) at the last minute!! I'm sure they were having problems but to screw over all those kids is unacceptable.

Horrible experience, it was so overcrowded that fellow customers were rude, took forever to get tickets and then skate rentals, the employees did not care to be there or to work, any complaints were met by inept management...lots better places in Franklin to take family for fun.
