I brought my car to the service department, they accepted my warranty package from the Ford dealership I bought my suv from a month prier. Go in for my first free oil change no problems. Go in for my second one no problems till 2 weeks later an employee is calling me twice a day leaving me voicemails that I need to pay the 55 for my oil change and then go through warranty company because they can’t wait the 7-10 days for a check. We explained to them that we had no obligation to pay since we already paid for that in our contract. They are just looking for get paid twice, this is very unprofessional behavior. I will not be going there for any reason at all.
