This business is absolutely wonderful! I loved their employee Donnie, and the owner, Bob!! My furnace broke and they replaced it and got it working again! I am impressed how fast the job was! My house is beautifully heated again! I STRONGLY recommend them and I always will. Thank you so much!

Gentlemen arrived on time and got right to work. Very polite and respectful. My old heating and cooling system needed replaced. They were able to remove and install without disturbing my work. If I could give this company and the crew 6 stars, I would! First of all, they were punctual from beginning to end. Mark Baker came out to reviewed my situation and gave me a competitive estimate. I had 3 other local companies come out before deciding, and Franklin H&C was the best for my money. Also I can't say enough positive things about the crew. Donny and Justin showed up, on time and ready to work. They were polite, respectful, and hard-working. I didn't see them take any breaks except for lunch! The work they did was phenomenal and I am so happy with my new furnace, central A/C and duct-work. Mark came out to check on the progress during the job, and then followed-up with me after the job was completed in case I had any questions or concerns. I have no hesitations at all in recommending this business to anyone needing a new furnace or A/C.

Franklin was very responsive on Thanksgiving week to help me with my heating issue that would have caused me not to be able to host my family this year (socially distanced). They promptly scheduled me, were on time, genuinely nice people, Jim was efficient and effective with a can do attitude. An excellent experience-highly recommend.
