My husband and I had such an amazing experience working with Matt! He made our first home buying experience fun, easy, stress-free and exciting. He was very thorough and trustworthy. It has been a great and rewarding experience working with Matt. For me, he was a Real Realtor who was there for me, who listened to my needs with real ears, who did not shy away from showing me not-so-nice neigborhoods and nice or not-so-nice properties. Not one but A LOT of those! I was planning to retire, and downsize from a nice four-bedroom home to a tiny little property that I can afford to pay off from my future modest pension. To be in a safe place too. Matt has guided me through all of it, found a very nice home, and sold my old. I was not new to home-buying or realtors.
