Absolutely Stay away from this place.!!! here is your chance to learn from my Mistake. However, If you decide to stay, Make sure you take detailed pictures of everything when you move in and move out. Because the \management\ would make sure to come-up with every excuses in the book to charge to dime and nickel to keep your security deposit when you move out. Also, management is not professional especially their corporate guy Aaron Piotrowski, They might take unauthorized pictures in your apartment during your stay and use it against you. Also, if they do pest control, Ask them for the receipt and proof. Again, if possible just stay away from this place in the first place.

Worst place I've ever lived in!! and I've lived in about 6 different apts, thus far. Its outdated. Representatives of the property even expressed their lack of interest to update the property. Upkeep of the property indoors and outdoors is sloppy and cheap. Representatives in the office are unorganized and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to live here. Anything that could be wrong, IS wrong with this place.

After several packages being stolen even from the leasing office. My parked car being hit more than once in the parking lot with cowardly no response from anyone, dated appliances and fixtures and several power outages, I would do a hard pass to anyone pursuing rent here. Unless you want to live in a gated ghetto community there are plenty of places worth the money with appliances that aren’t from the 1980’s.

A great place to live. Everything you need is within walking distance. Shares it's boundary wall with supermarket Meijers which is a blessing in disguise during Winters especially and also for students. As far as amenities are concerned it has almost everything. A gym, swimming pool, play area. The apartment is spacious, master bedroom is huge. Definitely a perfect place to choose if you are a student.
