The entire staff is very friendly, they try to make you comfortable and the dentist is very gentle. My only issue with this office is that they're always busy and so you're gonna be waiting for a while. If your apt is at 10 expect to be waiting til noon for treatment. But I will say once they get you back and see you they do great work and it goes quick. Ill be going to this dentist for all my dental needs.

So I came to their office today and got ignored at the door. Like, an office full of staff just looked at me. When I called person on the phone was so rude and inconsiderate, claiming they do not take my insurance. So I called my insurance. Turns out they do take my insurance. I just had to make time and review the place on the spot and share so others can avoid this horrible place. I even let my insurance Aetna know. Update: After the initial confusion, I was Able to get scheduled. I’ll likely update this review again.
I cannot say whether the dental services provided are of a high quality, because I had to cancel my appointment after I walked into the small waiting room and saw no fewer than 11 people standing there. A failure to follow basic public health precautions during a pandemic is not exactly a good sign of high quality healthcare. They said I would be charged a 50 fee for cancelling my appointment! Absolutely horrendous actions on the part of Franklinton Dental to not abide by social distancing precautions during a pandemic. October 1, 2020.
I have been going to Franklinton Dental for almost 9 years and have always had a great experience. The staff is courteous, friendly and makes you feel at ease. Dr. Wilden and his entire staff are very good at what they do and always find a way to make me laugh
This place is literally a hole in the wall, they have a staff who doesn’t care about you. I was supposed to get my Teeth cleaned at 11:50 I got a call at 1 saying I was next in line the rooms were being cleaned. Well 2 rolls around and I ask what’s going on they said the same thing they said at 1. It’s honestly sad how they conduct business. They don’t care about their clients so why would they care about your teeth? I don’t recommend this place at all! Steer clear

Last Wednesday I went into the dentist to get a tooth extracted. After, being numbed they tried to remove the tooth but I was still feeling pain. They decided to stop and send me home with antibiotics and pain meds, & try again in a week after the antibiotics had enough time to work. It was the easiest tooth extraction I’ve received He did amazing although the wait is terrible from time to time it’s worth it after your visit !
They always answer phone. Dental hygienist wasn't as nice as the one now. She did a great job and great personality. Dentist pulled teeth and no pain! I recommend now with new dental hygienist.
