Worst customer service experience I've ever encountered, called Franks after hearing positive reviews after they supplied friends home a few years back, was able to arrange an appointment okay and asked if they could have carpet fitters come around to take measurements for a 5 bedroom house which I am in a rush to have carpeted asap. I was advised by staff, that the carpet fitters would come out on Thursday gone , I called in the morning and was advised by a member of staff , because it was an all day call out they could not give me a time , so had my dad wait at the property for around 5 hours , luckily he was already there doing some DIY, did not receive one call from the carpet fitters. Called Franks twice the next day to re-arrange only to find they were not answering my calls, which was weird , so called from my sisters number only to find they picked up straight away! I casually explained that I waited for their fitters to come out and shockingly the lad on the phone made out he couldn't hear me, then hung up ! Didn't get a call back as at the time of writing down this review. Franks have literally lost out on about three grand worth of work and I've since decided to take my business to Dallas. Surprised their still In business , never have I experienced more shocking and weird customer service in my life , God knows the stress I would have experienced it I actually used them to carpet my house.

Excellent choice of high quality carpets at really cheap prices, it really is impossible to buy carpets cheaper, and there fitting teams are all excellent
