Great customer service, good knowledge of stock and availability. The store was clean and we were reassured that the carpet would be fitted during lock-down with social distancing measures in place. We are very pleased with the whole process. Thank you.

Update: Unfortunately we have now had an issue with the laminate layers. They wanted to be in and out despite knowing it would take more time, they cut up all the boards in the bedroom, I am still trying to get the sawdust out of the room. They got very stroppy with me when I had told them we didn't want any tracks in between the doors. The shop: Very knowledgeable in the aspect of flooring and the prices are very good. Store was clean and service was excellent, all questions were answered and the attention to detail was good. Laminate fitting team first time round were very very good. These guys are well informed and worth the money just watch them. Will update on Vinyl floor fitters.

I will never use this company again ive ordered two carpets off them and each time there's been issues with the carpets and they haven't been able to be fitted leaving me sitting in a mess each time. awful experience with them do not use them

Please avoid this store. I ordered vinyl for my bathroom. The fitting team were the worst fitters I have ever come across. The floor was put down on an angle so looked really bad and they cut it short the full length of my vanity units. Cut around pipes to bidet as if they must have been blind and to the tiled walls bits were short and other bits curling up the wall. I refused to pay the fitters then had a heated debate with them in the street where they were less than pleasant. I rang store and asked for refund but told floor had to come up I said that's fine but these jokers were not coming in my house again. So the store manager and another man came and ripped it up. My floor was all boarded out and clean as a whistle but when they left the floor had gouged out of it and the whole floor left with glue residue making it hard to use bathroom. The firm should be avoided. Worst experience I have had in a long while and customer service none existent. I am now in the process 2 days after still trying to get the glue up. Be warned.

The free underlay very poor quality. We had a very poor service. And after service there's none. So we look else where. I love carpets me. Of course you do especially the money and profits
