It was my first time purchasing a car and I had Vish help me out. He made the process really easy and went above and beyond to ensure the car was in great condition! He was honest and offered to fix some of the issues with the car, which saved me from spending out of my own pocket. He was very friendly and met my expectations as a customer, great guy and would recommend him as a dealer for sure!

While checking out the next car o dropped into Frankston Mitsubishi for a look at the fully electric outlander. They didn't have the newest one to demonstrate but they did have one from last year. Its an interesting vehicle and is on the verge of something I would get. There is an upcoming update t to let it be a better for you house. That would likely sway me. The salesman was very friendly and knew his stuff. No pressure at all.

I went to the dealership with a car in mind. I met Sharni who was on the lot meeting and greeting. It was then I knew I had a gem of a car saleswoman. Start to finish she was head and shoulders above all previous experiences and mind you ive bought 3 cars in the last year and a half,visiting well over a dozen car lots. I felt she was honest and showed a genuine interest in making sure I was comfortable with all things related to the car. Was truly taken back by her professionalism and commitment to see that I was 100% satisfied. If you are considering dropping in I would recommend you request her..she’s that good. Even went through the contract head to toe....not something I’ve experienced at all in buying cars. A true gem.

I wouldn't recommend Frankston Mitsubishi to anyone after I just brought a car from there! When I went to pick the car up it was dirty and saleswoman didn't even care she was happy with it. They ended up giving me a loan car so they could clean the car again to there low standards of Detailing Manager Luke. But when they brought it back to me it was still dirty for a new Car. Today I driving home found a make on the passage seat and the top of all the windows dirty because the car had been left somewhere for a bit of time. Luke rang and said it was from the rain even though my car was parked under a garage at home and at work. He was so disrespectful on the phone. He said that I must of put the mark there even though I haven't ANYONE ELSE IN THE CAR. This guy has very low standard for detailing manager. Think before you buy a car from this place

Frankston Mitsubishi car sales person Johanna didn’t really care about anything. Johanna was happy to give me a dirty car. I Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone to buy a New Car. Service terrible and then they try to give you a dirty new car. The Go to another Mitsubishi if you want to buy one
