This people DON'T KNOW how to deal with complaints!!! I had 2 complaints about their service, they just cancelled my subscription. They said practically "you complaint too much" and take me out of the system... I don't even had the chance to remove my data...

Very happy customer! Found fishbox online amid the covid nightmare and was delighted to receive fresh fish to my door after all the 'surprise' shopping substitution rubbish we'd been subjected to. Myself and Monty the dog look forward to our monthly delivery, I think considering the near 400mile trip it's worth the money, (around 9 decent portions of anything from halibut to hake) for 35. I like having the option to say what I do and dont like too. If I was still living next to the sea I'd prob go to the market, but im in Warwickshire........! I've researched various other companies around the coast and fishbox wins- easily. What else, yeah, the friendly emails are great too, feel like I've got new pals up in the north east, great product, great service

A wholly disappointing experience. My 'Large' box, 47, contained approximately 22 worth of fish. Ling (0.7 kg, cheapest fish in the sea), Farmed Salmon (0.7kg) & Peppered Mackerel (0.5kg). I felt like a petty jobsworth actually tallying it up like this but it had to be done. An uninspiring selection of supermarket fayre bearing little resemblance to the website representation. All of this would be absolutely fine if upon my correspondence they had immediately apologised, said they has sent the wrong box and remedied the situation. In reality, after 6 days and 2 attempts to chase by email, like I don’t have anything better to be doing, I received an aloof email with the vague offer of some extra seafood in my next box. There’s others doing this business model, I’m signing up elsewhere.
