I recently purchased 2021 Atlas from Fred Beans working with their sales executive Abdullah. I am a Jersey resident but went all the way down to Doylestown PA driving 1.5hrs because I found the place and people very professional and also they had great deals going on. Not only did they honor the deal we made on phone but also went the extra mile to make me happy giving me good discount. They valued by time and efforts to drive down that far which to me is exceptional and highly speaks of their professionalism and honesty. I found a car online that caught my eye, so I sent an email expressing interest and received a call immediately from Ron Whiton. What a great experience I had. We struck the whole deal through texting since Doylestown is 45 minutes away, pending that we liked the car when we came out to test drive it. It was such a pleasant and easy experience. No run around, treated with total respect, and Ron is as professional and thorough as they come! Then, when I met with sales manager Scott Finfer to write the check, he asked if I wanted an insurance quote. Rick Clagett from State Farm called and saved us almost 2000/yr by switching all our policies over! So, win-win for us! We got a great car at a great price, had a wonderful experience, AND are saving over 150/month with our new insurance! Thanks to all!

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY GREEDY DEALERSHIP, I have had my cars torn apart and put back together and its still cheaper than any services this horrible shop would provide. I had my car dropped off there to get serviced because there was a problem with my timing. Not only was there mechanical services overpriced but there customer service was atrocious. Jack was the service Rep. and gave little to no communication on what was even going on with my car unless it was to put more money on the total or if I was calling. I decided to get it taken to a much better shop after refused to pay 8k to fix a car that I got for 5k originally. After I refused their service I got ghosted for 2 weeks because apparently they forget about the customers that aren't paying thousands into their commission filled pockets. Imagine how selfish and greedy these people have to be to take advantage of people especially when a ton of Americans are struggling. Best part was paying 500 for them to tell me something I already knew.
