Crucible performance has been and continues to be amazing for my sons mental and physical fitness. Coach Ryan, Joey and Jesse do a fantastic job getting to know each kid and motivating them to get better with every aspect of their life. At Crucible it really is a family atmosphere and you can feel the care they have for each person that walks in the door. I'm so happy we found Crucible performance and are so thankful the amazing role models in Coach Ryan, Joey, and Jesse.

I wish I had thought of the idea 20 years ago when I was in the personal fitness industry to create a gym to train future youth athletes to learn to lift with proper form and perform at their optimal best. If I had, perhaps we would have been competitors. Instead, I'm thrilled to know that my son is getting outstanding training, coaching and life mentoring from the special team of men who coach at Crucible Performance. Ryan has assembled a team of trainers who can relate to youth athletes at an incredible personal level to establish bonds of friendship and also personal development and leadership. Their unique ability to reach youth athletes and inspire them to give 110% during their training sessions is something to behold and witness for your own eyes. I have watched their energy and effort pay off as my son has learned to lift weights properly (unlike how I did in my youth) and to respect and take care of his body and how he warms up, cools down, and stretches his muscles after a tough training session. If you have a youth athlete who you think could benefit from strength and conditioning instruction, then the team at Crucible Performance is where you should be.

Crucible Performance is top- notch. My son has Joey for a hitting coach and the progress he has made over the past nine months is amazing. He went from batting last on a recreation team to being a lead hitter on a travel select team. Best decision I ever made for my son.

Joey is a great talent not just in hitting instruction but in communication with people. Would highly recommend any age or skill level that wants to see improvement. I saw results in boys swing as well as attitude about hitting! Nice facility with friendly atmosphere as well!!
