FBBC is amazing. Coach Tommy's classes are small group workouts. He really encourages you to push yourself. The space is large enough to social distance. He has protocols for everyone to follow to stay safe while at class, and has installed a new air filtration system. Classes are only 30 minutes and high impact. You won't regret it, if you are looking to make a lifestyle change.
