During my shopping spree on 4/28/2021 Wednesday my son and i were filling our shopping cart up on some miscellaneous items tools , hardware... and a huge great big thank you goes out to the manager working that night and the staff for having such fantastic customer service, as well a pleasure to.just hang out and talk with, made us feel very welcomed. This will always be our first stop for all hardware and tool needs. We were so impressed by the amazing service we received..above and beyond. So much so looking forward to our next visit. Had yet another great experience at this store. Opened for only a short time I have been there about half a dozen times, the staff is fantastic and when you purchase a tool for 1/3 what it is anywhere else you should know what you are getting. I wanted a large drill press, they were out of stock and the 20% coupon was expiring, the manager wrote me a rain check even though they do not normally do that. Inside track membership is well worth it. I liked the Hagerstown store as well however I am pleased I will not have to drive that far!! Thanks Guys!!

Called ahead to confirm availability of 2 ton shop crane and was told they are in stock. Drove an hour and a half one way just to be then told they are sold out. At this point my time is already wasted so I opt to buy the 1 ton shop crane that they do have in stock in the hope it would suit my application. I received the most beat up boxes I have ever seen. I figured it just from shipping a heavy item. Nope. Open the boxes and begin to assemble only to find missing parts, scratched items, destroyed bolts. More or less I was sold a returned item. Can’t get worse than this.

Made a special trip to the special sales last Friday the compressor that I wanted was sold out so I was handed a rain check and told to call the next Friday being today 04-16 2021 I called and Nope, we just sold the last one the lady tells me and she says call next week. It’s hard to imagine that they sold that fast. How many do they stock??? One maybe ?

Haven't had much luck with their products in the past but thought I would give this new store a try. Had a 20% off coupon but they said they couldn't apply it to the air hose reeler I was wanting to buy. Goodbye Harbor Freight and hello Amazon. Shop at home is so much easier.

NEW LOCATION! Now I only have to go 5 miles instead of 25 or 30! One of my favorite "toy stores". Very clean, very well stocked, most of the staff are friendly. I will be a repeat customer.

My first time in Harbor Freight. The facility is brightly lit and well organized. Very simple to find what you're looking for. Nice products for a cheaper price!
