Recently moved to the area and wasn't crazy over using a different dealer. Went in late morning on a Saturday and walked out that afternoon with a gorgeous 2021 Street Glide Special. I was pleased with how painless it was to get financing, insurance, tag, and add-on parts all in a few hours. Additionally, I was introduced to the entire staff and briefed on how each department was there to assist me. Great job to Carter and I look forward to a long relationship with Harley-Davidson of Frederick.

I checked out HD of Frederick in search of a touring bike. Carter was the salesman who worked with me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Never once did I feel pressured into anything and was able to get a feel for all of the bikes I was interested in. Carter was able to answer all of my questions and helped fit me to the perfect bike that I was most comfortable with. I went to this dealer last week looking to buy my first cruiser bike. Wasn't sure if I was going to start midsize or go for the awesome looking street glide. When I walked in I was completely ignored, not one Harley Davidson staff greeted me or acknowledged me. I'm assuming they thought I wasn't a \serious\ buyer. Little did they know I actually was! So what did I do? I went straight to Twigg Indian motorcycles and came out of there with a brand new scout bobber twenty! Next time greet every person that walks through your door, you never know one of them could be a potential buyer! Kudos to Twigg Indian motorcycles for exceptional customer service!
