My last (2) new FORD vehicles have come from this dealership and the service department is a big reason behind my loyalty. Ken Reed and Bunny Rose are super easy to deal with. Above all else, they listen to their customers and make to sure to put all the options on the table. The dedicated \tech\ advisor is a great service option to answer annoying technical issues. Service Department is always quick and handle every issue with ease, They respect my time and make the arrangements to minimize the impact to my schedule.
