Drive the extra 20 miles to Hagerstown. I have taken my vehicle here on a few occasions and they either cannot fix the issue, dont understand the issue , attempt to fix to no avail or dismiss the issue. A dealership less than half a mile from them told me they never take their Fords there and rather ship them to Hagerstown. I had an appointmemt pulled my car up in the service lane the guy got in my car turned the ignition and said there is nothing wrong. On another occassion they had my car for two days only to tell me they do not have the solution. Lastly after a recall i took my car in a month later I had to bring it back because someone forgot to record my id numbers. It is unfortunate because the service manager is always so polite and also unforfunate i have to drive 20 miles to Valley Mall for reputable service.

Found the vehicle I’d been looking for and contacted the dealer immediately. I live across the country so I asked regarding shipping fees. They quoted me double what another company was quoting. That wasn’t a big deal. I was put in contact with the loan officer who took all day to send me a credit application. Once I submitted the application I was immediately approved. I received an email stating he would begin the paperwork. Two hours later he said his manager closed the deal already and the vehicle wasn’t available. Poor internal communication or just greed to close a deal first? I wouldn’t put energy or effort in to dealing with this group unless you are in person. They will sell the car from under you if they have another buyer.

Juan the fiance manager was friendly and personable and made the buying experience quick. I will definitely return to buy from them again.
