For today's trip, this home Depot had it all going on. The workers inside were able to point me towards the shop vacuums, and they had a very nice selection. I was able to find what I needed and I did it so quickly that I had a little time to browse Palm sanders. I did get the shop vac, but not the palm sander. But the price was good the service was good and I was very happy with the amount of time needed in the store. Location of this particular store was also very good for me as well. Very much worth the trip two thumbs up.

James with glasses in the tool rental needs to be removed from customer service. Here's why... I simply came in to rent a steam vacuum. Went to the rental place and an older gentleman with glasses was working on 9.25.20 at 5:58pm and he by far has one of the worst customer service attitudes. I first asked "Hi, Im looking for a steam vacuum. where can I find one?" He brushed me off so I asked about 4 more times until he replied "On the wall"....really? How about can you show me. Then, I saw a steam vac online for upholstery and asked if they have one and he replied "I don't know". Again...really? You work here and you can't help me nor know anything. Then I asked "I need a steam vacuum for small areas for like pet messes" and he replied "Well, I don't know and I don't have a pet" ....Again...you don't have to have a pet to know the supplies in your little tool rental place. Then a white female approached him and his whole persona changed and was friendly. Then it was my turn to check out. I paid and just wanted to leave...went to open the door and the buzzer made a noise. I went back with the last ounce of friendliness I had and asked "Can we exit out of this door?" His reply "Well.......I pushed the buzzer looks like you didn't make it. Never coming back. Not pulling the race card but he sure was friendly to the white lady but not to my brown skin. Only time, I wanted to just throw some curse words out. Never coming back and I hope I see him and he gives me the same attitude when I return it because I do have some positive constructive things to say back smh

This is a decent home depot location - mainly due to tool rentals. Also, always seem to be busy and seems like you can usually get help when you need it. Kind of a crowded parking lot but still good.

Home Depot has lost an order. According to their FedEx tracking number on their website, they cannot give the correct address to FedEx for their West Frederick facility. Their telephone people will hang-up on you repeatedly, or put you on hold without being able to express the issue fully. This is totally unsatisfactory customer service provided to me. This started at 10:28 AM and lasted through 1:29 PM today 4/9/21.

Tyler and Dominic’s customer service and patience this afternoon to my husband and I was beyond the call of duty. These two men are keepers :-). Thank you Dominic and Tyler for your help today. So we bought a gazebo that came in a long and heavy box. Loading the the gazebo into our van was a challenge. Tyler was patience yet very determined to help us get the gazebo onto the van. He tried several options before finally getting everything loaded onto the van. All this was done with respect, kindness and no complains. Dominic was keeping it light with jokes and laughter. We came all the way from Clarksburg and may drive there again because of Tyler and Dominic’s Services. Everyone else was very kind and nice in the store as well. Thank YOU

So I was have an extremely hard and low day and had to pick up something. I needed help and someone to go the extra mile to help me, especially on a day like today. And I encountered a young gentlemen that was extra nice and helpful, but also courteous and professional without being pushy. I intended to give him credit and recommend him by name, but must admit I've forgotten his name in the mist of chaos of life. And now I feel kinda bad for forgetting his name. It started with an S. I wish I could do something nice for him and a couple other people who helped me while I was in the store. Idk buy them lunch or something. Might have to go back and do so when timing is better. If anyone goes there and encounters him let him know that his kindness is not unnoticed.

We love the West Frederick Home Depot. We moved here just under a year ago and have been so impressed with how pleasant, friendly, and helpful the associates are. We do curbside pickup and it's been a fantastic experience every time - they are quick to fill our orders and they never leave anything out or forget an item. Every time we call the store, whether to track an update on an order or to ask a question, the associate is friendly and goes above and beyond. We love this store because of the people who work here!
