Josh the manager is JERK!! Must of gotten the manager position only because there wasn't anyone else willing to take the job. A street post would do better job!! I live so close to the mall and I would travel never to go to that store again its a shame because everyone else was so sweet. Ana McNeely
I like this place a lot, they have lots of gifts and cool trinkets to leave a lasting impression and make great memories for anyone, pretty awesome store!
If you need more than 3 of anything in a short time you might want to check elsewhere. Small storage small inventory. Otherwise, what they have is nice and customer service was very good.

This is a nice store with some really good quality merchandise and gift ideas, but the cost to engrave something is quite steep. Even if you purchase an item from them, you still have to pay for the engraving. Sometimes you can go to Etsy and find a VERY similar item that can be personalize for free. Usually on Etsy you still have to pay for shipping, but it will still be significantly less expensive than this store. The Holidays are a very busy time for Things Remembered. I had to wait 7 days to get a pocket watch monogrammed (which is ONLY 3 letters) because they were so back-logged with orders. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you though. I would recommend this store, but if you are working with a strict budget and time constraints, you may want to shop around first.
Prices are higher but they will engrave just about anything they sell. Cheaper than a trophy shop. Quality ranges from good to pretty poor and cheap.
