I took my husbands truck for a detail in May and was VERY disappointed with the results. It was a surprise for my husbands birthday and I was EMBARRASSED when showing him his \great bday present\. The truck came back looking like it had a a (decent) car wash. I should have known it would be half done since it only took about 2 hrs from drop off to finish. Initially it was a pleasure working with Brian, he seemed kind, and professional. And after seeing the results, he was apologetic and even offered to do a full detail all over. Great right? Well, after days turned into weeks of trying to get a hold of him and him putting it off until finally completely ignoring my calls (still don't get an answer when I call almost 3 months later--and its not due to COVID FYI). I'll attach pictures, but there were so mamy areas that were left uncleaned and having hair or dirt left behind . The tires didn't get touched nor did the trunk. Very disappointed with the professionalism and being led on to believe I would have it done over. I paid for a service of a full detail and got what looked like a 25 car wash.

Great work that exceeded all of my expectations. I scheduled it with Brian at the last minute. The outside detail was so good, I asked him to also detail the inside. He even provided photos to help me sell my car. Great price also.
Wife and I are both professionals, so finding a convenient time for both of us to get in without taking up an entire day is difficult. Brian was willing to work around that issue to make it work for our schedule. I will be coming back next time I need detailing.
Very good communication, quick, thorough service. Definitely recommend and will use again.
Down to earth guy who really knows what he's doing. Brought 2 cars and both jobs were phenomenal, passed my expectations. Awesome price for excellent service. Will definitely reccomend.
