I had a very informative, non-judgemental, and overall highly courteous experience here while getting my HIV screening. They offered helpful services, in-depth consultations, and free personal products available to the public. One helpful hint, the Market Street location is located inside the Goodwill building and is on the second floor to your left if you go up the stairs. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment because they can get busy!

It started of good and they helped with a lot of things but now.....the case managers don't know what they are doing. Giving people the wrong information and just not really helping anyone. What good is a medical case manager or just a case manager period if they don't know any type of information about insurance or doctors. Yes they do have lots of resources but they don't know what to do.

I have been a client since the Year 2000 and we almost lost Fredericksburg Area Support Servers (FAHSS). I could never list all the things they have helped me with. We are very blessed to have them. I would like to say, I thank the employees are overworked and underpaid for what they do. :)
