Professional doctors , Friendly staff and they have top of the line technologies. However, treatments options are very pricy. Also I had a checkup appointment that was scheduled 6 months ago. However, when I tried to cancel it to reschedule later on (1-2 days before the appointment) , I was charged 45 late cancellation fees. I find that to be a little unprofessional special in these days and in the middle of a pandemic. Therefor, I'm giving 2 starts only.

I have dental anxiety because of a bad experience when I was younger. After a molar broke and I found out I needed a crown I was terrified. Dr. Butterworth and his office made sure I was comfortable and calm. The office is so relaxing and their demeanor was so calm. I am so grateful to have found this office and I highly recommend them. Especially if you have any sort of dental anxiety.

The staff was polite and professional. Shoutout to Kevin especially who made me feel safe and made sure I had a good experience. I did have a good experience. The reason for a low rating comes from the fact that when my mother visited two days after I had my appointment, she was poorly treated by the dentist. Again, the rest of the staff was great, but the heads of practice should not speak demeaningly to their patients or throw temper tantrums if they wish to have a return of business. It’s a shame, too. Between my parents, my siblings, myself and my son, they lost 15 potential new patients because of one person’s terrible attitude and behavior.
