Called them a week before my kids birthday and put down and deposit signed the papers and that was it. They came right on time and customer service was excellent. Definitely will be recommending them to all family and friends.
Rented a bounce house today for my sons birthday and it was in excellent condition and not overpriced . My kids had a great time and the setup was so easy and quick. Michelle was polite and professional and made booking the rental so easy. The gentlemen who set it up and took it down was polite and professional , and on time (even showed up a few minutes early). We will definitely rent from them again ! My son said it was the best birthday ever .
I want to thank Inflatable Jump Rentals for making my sons birthday a fabulous event. Working with them was great, and everything worked out as planned. They do sanitize their equipment, Covid friendly.
Had a great experience with the company. Rented a bouncy house for my son's birthday party. The transaction was a bit informal at first but everything was delivered and executed as promised. They actually showed up a little earlier then planned for set-up which was no issue because the kids had a little extra time. The equipment was in great shape and very clean. The gentleman that delivered and picked up the equipment was professional and explained safety details to us to ensure all was good to go. Highly recommend using their services and equipment!
