MD Tech Solutions is unfit to conduct professional IT certification exams/ Prometric center. The front office guy is the rudest person I have ever seen in any office,. he has serious attitude. My exam was at 12, drove 1 hour and I reached this place at 11:30, my bladder was full I politely requested this front office guy that I can wait outside but let me use the restroom as my bladder was full, with an attitude he refused and said only 12 I am allowed to come inside. I never said anything and for 30 minutes I was sitting in my car controlling my bladder at 12 when I entered he was very rude and arguing with me, I said I just wanted to use rest room and I told him that I am not going to argue with him nor make any comment. he said I can use the restroom and I have to get out with out taking the exam and I am not allowed to take exam. I said I am going to report to the management, which he replied he is the management, at last he allowed me take the exam. Worst experience ever had. If MD Tech Solutions management employee like him abuse customers , not every one is going to be polite like me, soon this place will face legal challenges. I will contact MD Tech Solutions management and and kryterion global testing solutions to see how this place is fit to conduct exams and how this kind of abuse is permitted
