I just want to say that Dee is wonderful! I was porting over from cricket and the entire time that I were there was great her sense of humor is amazing she is very kind and polite, Immediately greeted me when I walked in through the door with a huge smile. Metro you've trained these ladies very well I've never dealt with EXCELLENT customer service I definitely will be recommending

I went in to switch from another company to metro. Immediately when i walked in i was welcomed by Dee and Corie , AMAZING ladies they made me feel so welcomed they got me the phone that best fit my needs and the plan that fits my budget. I haven't felt like i had family in Virginia till i walked into Metro ! Highly recommended

Took an uber to boost only to find no mask no service . I walk down to Metro open the door and ask can i buy from you if i dont have a mask on I was told yes then i asked and can i get 2 phones for less than 360 dollars sure can you will walk outta here spending less then 200. I was happy got the best customer service too . once i was done i walked back up to boost knock on the door got the girl attention and said thank you for all the help i got my phones . Thank you so much Tahatiana

I recently switched over from boost mobile to Metro By Tmobile. I went into the four mile fork one and I dealt with Dee, she was AMAZING. Perfect customer service my wife and family absolutely loves her. We need more people that have patience and know what their doing like Dee.
