My wife and I own several rental properties in Fredericksburg. We have been using Property Management Services since 2014. Before retirement, I was a professional in the oil and gas industry. Our intent in hiring a rental service was to travel, visit family, etc. without having to worry about the everyday problems of leasing, maintenance, inspections and rent collection. Holly Gliddon, the Manager, takes care of our properties in a very professional manner. She is always accessible and knows the business inside and out. You will not be disappointed with this company.

We have been renting from Property Management for 2 years now! We found out we were pregnant last year with twins and needed a bigger house. Holly was awesome in finding us a home that fit just what we needed- she told us about several houses and took us to see them, we found the one we were super happy with and she let us see it a couple times to make sure it was the fit for our family! We have been here almost a year now and still love it!!! Thank you Holly for going ABOVE AND BEYOND to help our family!!
The Property Management Services team has always been super responsive and attentive to our property management needs. This includes arranging contractors, inspecting our property, and managing all aspects of the tenant process.
