I had a good experience buying my car at Volvo of Frederickburg. Sebastian, Singleton, Sabrina and Tyler were all great. Mike Holmes, service manager made things easier for me too. It's my second Volvo, and I tested other vehicles, but I think once you get a Volvo nothing can compare. I hope everything continues to be this great in the future. Thank you for everything!

I'm a do it yourselfer including major engine work, but transmissions...not so much. That said, I was very pleased with the service and the overall attentiveness of Huber Volvo staff. I brought my daughter's 2009 Volvo S80 here with transmission issues (rough shifting and \transmission service urgent\ warning lights. We had an extended warranty on the car and they had a long list of conditions to be met before the transmission could actually be fixed. To boot there were several items the warranty company would not cover. Long story short, Allan B. in service deserves a medal for working with me and the warranty company to find a workable solution to fix the transmission, while It took longer than I would have liked, (again the limiting factor was the warranty company), I was very pleased!

Everything about buying my new XC40 from Volvo of Fredericksburg was seamless. The staff I worked with: Sabrina, Tim, Tyler, and Michael, were professional, knowledgeable, personable, and respectful. At no point in the process did I feel pressured or uncomfortable, as I had previously felt when buying cars in the past at other dealerships. Buying my car was so smooth and I would absolutely recommend Volvo Cars of Fredericksburg.
