There is a taxi driver over charging passengers. He is arrives as capital taxi however, up charges 5dollars more. The driver did not wear a seat belt and vapes in the vehicle. This driver prints out the bill as another company checker cab. Beware that leaving the base is a flat rate of 35 not 40. I hope they fired that theft.
