My family and I stayed in this hotel for a month because we just relocated to Fredericton from Dubai. Will gave us a very nice hotel rates with free breakfast and wifi for a double queen room. The staffs are very nice especially Valerie. My son amd her became really close friends during our stay. I recommend this to my friends. I will definitely come back again.

This is a nice hotel. Its quiet although it is located right on a main thoroughfare. The beds were comfortable and the food was good. The staff was nice. I would come back.
Great prices an all but William the main man at front desk is very rude and ignorant! They DO NOT follow covid-19 protocols what so ever with people visiting and going in and out! Worst hotel in Fredericton! Ide rather stay at the prospect inn!

The place is exactly what I was looking for. A comfortable bed to sleep in and Ice Cold Air Conditioning. The manager, was excellent. Nice quick easy check in. Close to all kinds of shopping if that's what you're looking for. Room seems a tiny bit dated but clean and the mattresses are very comfortable.
front desk staff were nice but i was in room 305 could hear dummies yelling until 1 in the morning and again from 6 in the morning on, couldnt get laundry done because somebody didnt return only key, internet was spotty.
I would like to add to my previous review. I have spoken with the Manager who is addressing my concern. He said the other rooms are all clean & they're going to verify the one I stayed in. Very pleased with good customer service.
I was there for an extended stay and I gotta say, why is this little gem listed as a 2 star? Service is top notch, as in, couldn't possibly be friendlier, the room was great, very comfy bed, always clean, and the amenities were great! They have a restaurant on premises, laundry if needed, WiFi, and cable TV.
