Great service! Our car broke down right by the Auto Clinic, so we went in in the hopes that they could do something for us. They said they could look at it probably that afternoon, and asked if we needed a drive. They called a cab and paid for it to take us home. They called 1-2 hours later to tell us what was wrong and give us a quote. Seemed reasonably to us so we said go ahead. 1-2 hours later they were done and called a cab for us again. We were not prepared for any of this, so we deeply appreciate their help! Very friendly and the cleanest/most modern interior of a garage I have personal experienced.

I had to take my 1998 Jaguar XJ8 Vanden Plas for possible electrical problem. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful, and while standing there I saw another Jag in the enclosed compound, so I'm hopeful they can help JaggySue so I can enjoy her the rest of summer!

I brought my truck in for inspection and it needed work done i hadn't expected. They worked with me to fix only that which needed immediate repair to pass inspection and advised me on what could wait. I've have been to them on several occasions and have always found them honest and clear and concise on what needs to be done, with a price up front. Don't forget to add GST. I understand no one is perfect but their rates are broken down by hour and the time it takes for the job so it may cost more that I like but Its all upfront and explained. What can one say, I guess I trust these guys.

Definition of "service" in Fredericton: I dropped our Jaguar off at Craig's Auto "service" a week ago today. Waited patiently for a phone call from them with word on possible repairs required. Heard nothing for a week. Today I visited them for an update. No, the car hasn't moved at all. In fact they haven't even given it a moment of consideration. I ask when they might be able to look at it. Possibly this afternoon they say. Great! Here is a suggestion to increase customer satisfaction: keep your customers informed. A week later.... So I call Craig electric on Wednesday. How's the Jaguar doing? They say it might be the alternator that's the problem. They ask me what do I want to have done? I say that the alternator was new in march, but take it off and I'll get it tested. Today I phone, is the alternator off? No. Okay, don't bother, I'm coming to get the car. It's been two weeks now. So I show up to get the car, and they tell me the wiring is off the alternator. So I pay their diagnostic bill, 240! And the guy is putting the wiring back on...and they'd call me when it's ready. I told them how dissapointed I was with their much-vaulted service. Never will I darken their door again.
