My experience was great - small carpet cleaning job. Quoted price was half of the first company I called. Good service, went out of their way to communicate and be professional, and of course, nice clean carpet. John was friendly as could be and put care into his work. For carpet cleaners in Fredericton I would recommend them.
I hired their services to clean our apartment after clearing everything out prior to moving. The floors were swept and that was it..... We requested specific cleaning instructions and were quoted on the cost based on our needs (Interior windows cleaned, cupboards cleaned and fridge cleaned) but nothing was touched. On top of all of that I asked the cleaner before I left how I should pay them and she said it was \taken care of already\. Confused, I left and assumed they would reach out for payment but never heard from them again until a year after where a debt collector reached out to me for 100, directly effecting my credit... No contact from crystal cleaning whatsoever. Felt absolutely scammed. There are far better cleaners in the Fredericton area, please give them your business instead.
They treat their employees and their clients VERY well! My 4 years with Crystal Clean have been better times in my life, and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you and good luck! :)
This company provides cleaning services at the building I currently work at. The cleaning staff is phenomenal, so friendly and our building is always spotless. Great job!!!
