They had our 2011 Ford Escape for one week and when we picked it up, the repair was fabulous! The Escape's rear wheel wells are notorious for rusting and so we had both sides fixed. As well their price quote was 800 less than the Ford dealership! They were on time with their projected time estimate and the service was prompt and courteous. I was brought here due to some issues another fix auto had caused to a warranty job. I wish now i had of came here from Saint John in the first place, I felt welcomed and all of my concerns were heard about the work that was done to my car. I will definitely be bringing all of my future cars here as well as recommending you guys to all of my friends and family. Great service affordable prices and they did such a good job replacing the exterior panel on my drivers door. I accidently overpaid by 23 dollars and they were so honest they sent me a cheque in the mail to cover the overpayment. Highly reccomend!!!
Unfortunately I was involved in an accident but taking my car to Fix was so easy and put my mind at ease. The staff are super friendly and they are affiliated with Enterprise so you can have a rental waiting for you. They also have a repair tracker online to see just what stage your vehicle is in. Once complete everything went directly through insurance which was quick and convenient!
