This guy towed my mother-in-law's car from a ditch (see photo), 18.3 km's from his compound. There were only a few dents (no broken glass or fluids). He then asked for over 1,200 to release it from his lot. I called other towing companies and received quotes between 300 and 400 had they towed the car under the same circumstances. I brought this up with Noah, the owner/operator and asked why he wanted 1,200 and if he could provide an invoice. Instead, he lowered the price a few hundred dollars and suggested a payment plan. Eventually it was settled for 450. After requesting a receipt, he penciled some amounts on a piece of paper but didn't include a name (company or otherwise), taxes or date. However, he did answer the phone and showed up on time, hence the star.
Had an awesome experience! They arrived quickly and were very fast getting my car out. They were also very kind and professional. I would 100% recommend them if you ever need a tow! Thank you guys so much :)
Super quick and professional service! Very reasonably priced and they answer their phones right away. Fredericton Towing Company is definitely the best part of putting your truck in the ditch.
Need a skid steer transporting to mechanic. Called at 930 picked up at 10:30 job completed by 11:30. Excellent service will use again to transport it back
I have not used this company, but I have heard bad things about this company from one of my friends who used it and was ripped off. After reviewing the only two one star reviews on here, I am appalled by the comment from the owner of this business who called one of his past customers a “douche canoe” ... I am simply astounded by this behaviour and would not recommend using this business.
Amazing service. Had car battery issues and when I called they were at my vehicle within 15 minutes, had my car up and running in no time and at a great price. Would definitely recommend this place and would use the service again.
