Sent my laptop away to replace a broken fan. Kept it for two weeks on a 15-minute fix and wiped my hard drive for no reason!

Don't waste your time or money on these Geeks! They are NOT educated enough to know how to fix anything. Had my PC there for FIVE days and they couldn't figure out. Luckily the WONDERFUL staff at Staples had my PC Fixed in less than 1/2 a day! Folks... DO NOT bother with these Geeks GO TO STAPLES!

Buyer beware! do not subscribe to the yearly service you will be paying forever. I cancelled the service in March when my old credit card expired. Somehow they got my new credit card number and triple billed me in July....to make matters worse they also billed for August and September. Also, I never once used the service...waste of money!!! No satisfaction when I tried to get reimbursed.
