Been going there for three years now and have had good experiences every time. They're a small shop so you may not get your car in right away, but are much cheaper than anywhere else in town.

I've been here a number of times for a variety of issues, never actually managed to have work done here. I've attempted to make an appointment here, and I get "Yeah, we'll see it sometime next week, could be Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday". Who has the time for that crap?
