Really nice hotel. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast! Western omelette, pork and turkey sausage, bacon, 1 minute pancakes and more. Very comfortable and spacious eating area. Comfortable beds and clean modern rooms.
Loved the room, very spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and it is close to everything in Fredericton. Very quiet as well. Would definitely stay there again.
terrible!!!! i used my ihg rewards for a free night during a business trip and i almost ended up just leaving and paying for a room elsewhere, our bed was terrible, the curtains don't close all the way so be ready to be waken up by the sun, not sound proof at all herd transport trucks all night having a blast on their jake brakes....only supplied with a pillow each the tv was the smallest tv i've ever seen in a motel since being a adult food delivery cannot deliver to your room you need to go in the lobby to get it. i won't be staying here again maybe other rooms are ok and what not but cannot risk loosing out on sleep like that... on a positive note the exercise room looked ok
This is a reliable Holiday Inn. The check in Easy fishing in the front desk staff are very friendly. Oddly, the front door is have no automatic opener which makes it very inconvenient for loading in your luggage. It is strange that newly-renovated establishment would have doors necessary to open by hand. The location is very convenient and it is easy to find. We would stay here again.
Excellent service. Super room. Very good price. The little extras are really appreciated (complimentary beer to bring to my room, why thank you!). Staff was ultra friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed in this hotel customer service. As I had some guests (2) over, that were expected to pay for room to spend time with me. There was no notes or messages posted in any spot to reflect this. Between claiming for covid reasons and I have not had any issues with other guests at this hotel and others in NB. If you are basing this for covid reasons, notice needs to be done and your whole team needs to be up to covid standards. No mask was worn by Saturdays breakfast person, no mask was worn by the maintenance person to come into the room and fix the sink, 4 people are able to be in the small gym facility (other locations are max of two, with bigger gyms). Then stated for fire safety. I have never had to report/register guests. I have never had to report the coming and goings for fire issues so they would have to check the room regardless. My room was set up for 2 guests to be in it. Both my guests left by 11pm. I was told the manager would call me on Monday when that got it to resolve the issue. For refunding my guest for an unused room. And if they must be charged then using my points. I didn't hear from her so I called to inquire on the issue. Upon saying the issue could've been resolved on Sunday but can't be today. Not impressed. Otherwise the facilities are good. I had suite, that could've used a bit more light in the living area. Due to the customer service I received from the manager I will not be returning to this location.
