Always knowledgeable and friendly. They are able to give the direct information I am looking for whether it's regarding my medical claims or car insurance. The only thing that would make it better is less of a long wait time.

The most convaluted phone system I've ever encountered. Impossible to reach a live person and they don't even give the option of a Life insurance claim. My mother passed away last week and I can't reach anyone! Very frustrated but I finally found a local number in an old phone book.

I called to get a QUOTE and waited on hold for 20 minutes. Imagine how terrible they would be once they got your money. Customer met service starts at the front door!

Been a customer for many years and was so disappointed to realize that I have been charged a fee for my home insurance approximately 3 times the annual premiums I have been able to secure with another insurance company and confirmed also with 2 other companies a similar premium WOW !!!!!HOW DISGUSTING AND WITH NO EXPLANATION OR ANY ATTEMPT TO SECURE OUR BUSINESS, AND NO RESPONSE TO SEVERAL EMAILS OR SURVEYS, VERY DISAPPOINTING
